TAN LAKE OUTCAMP

We are very excited to announce the expansion of the Agassiz-Waterhen River Lodge with the purchase of Tan Lake Outfitters (2003) from Jim Knowles, who owned and operated this operation for 32 years. Tan Lake is approximately 50 miles from our Lodge enabling us to centralize our operation and provide a more quality and everlasting experience in Manitoba's world renown Interlake region. Included in the purchase of this operation is 1000 square miles of some of the best untouched black bear and whitetail hunting of the world! Tan Lake has approximately 12 miles of shoreline which has comfortable sleeping quarters (one being a brand new log cabin that sleeps up to four guests overlooking the lake and the beautiful Manitoba sunsets), seperate cooking camp, seperate guides camps and showers. This secluded and private outcamp is a hunter's paradise in Manitoba's remote wilderness area.
